I have to keep a weekly journal for my internship and heard in passing that a blog was acceptable.

Life Update Photo Dump
Wow. It's been quite awhile since I've entered into the realm of blogging. I had my first day as an intern working for the UCSC Younger Lagoon Reserve off campus about 2 miles up the coast. It was awesome. I'll be working there once a week for 7 hours learning about California native and invasive species, helping with established research projects, and various other tasks as well as help plan new projects. The reserve is 72 acres, formerly a brussel sprouts farm now turned UCSC owned restoration land for research and development. I LOVED it there today.
First photos are from the internship/second from the last month.
Hope your ready for a copious amount of photos....
